I usually like to write about how to grow clientele through Social Media but today I want to let you know how to be healthier by using social media and apps. I believe being healthier will help you have more energy to grow your business. (My New Year’s Resolution is not just loose weight but be stronger & run a 5K without being exhausted.)
Make sure you share in your status updates on Facebook & Twitter about starting a fitness program and take pictures of your progression to get more inspiration to continue and inspire others, maybe have a workout buddy too to keep reaching your ideal goal!
